Casework
WREP provides a free and impartial casework service for anyone who feels that they have been discriminated against or experienced difficulty in using / accessing public services because of their race or ethnic background.
Our officers can provide you with the help and support to resolve your issues. We will also create an action plan with you in order to help you with your case and we will keep you informed at each step of the way.
We are independent from all local statutory bodies but have strong links and partnerships with local statutory agencies. If necessary, we can liaise with public agencies, employers, housing providers, schools etc., in order to resolve your issues.
We also deal with issues concerning migrant workers and new arrivals to the UK and are able to facilitate interpretation and translation where required.
If you feel as though you have been a victim of or have witnessed a racist incident, please let us know!
If you wish to book an appointment to see one of our casework specialists at a time and location convenient to you, please call 01926 314 644.
WREP also will be holding Advice Sessions in Warwickshire which can be accessed by anyone with an issue. For further information please see the link below.
