Crown Prosecution Service Warwickshire
The Area is headed up by Deputy Chief Crown Prosecutor, Zafar Siddique. The majority of our staff are based at our office in Leamington Justice Centre, however, staff are also based at the Justice Centre in Nuneaton.
Warwickshire, in partnership with the police, Probation Service, Youth Offending Team and Victim Support, has created a Victim and Witness Information Partnership (VIP). This is a unique project bringing together staff from various agencies in one building to keep victims and witnesses updated on the progress of their cases in the courts as well as provide information, help and support. The VIP is based in Leamington Spa.
Our mission is to work towards a modern, public prosecution service which engages in an open and honest way with the diverse communities of this great county; which prosecutes cases firmly and effectively, but also fairly; and which is renowned both for the quality of its casework and the high ethical standards it adheres to. Through our work we aim to provide justice for all and make Warwickshire a safer place to work, visit and live.
